2007 Piedmont Alternative Energy Expo®

The second annual Piedmont Alternative Energy Expo will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2006, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. near Warrenton, Virginia.

The 2007 Expo will take place at the Fauquier County Fairgrounds, 6209 Old Auburn Rd, which is just outside the town of Warrenton [map] and easily accessible from I-66 and Rt 29. Ample free parking is available for exhibitors and attendees, and food vendors will be on site during Expo hours. A nominal admission of $5 per adult will be charged, with children and students admitted free.

We expect to have a bigger and even better event than the 2006 Expo, which drew over 600 attendees with serious interest in alternative energy. We are expanding the 2007 Expo to include green building vendors and exhibits. This year we are inviting exhibitors to schedule demos, which will be announced throughout the day-long event.

The Expo will be extensively advertised to the general public and environmental organizations via newspaper articles and ads, TV and radio features, trade literature, websites and links, our printed program, mailings, direct contact, and more.

Detailed information on the event is contained in our Registration Form. To register, please download, fill out, and return the Registration Form with the appropriate fees. Fees are waived for schools and non-profit organizations, who should also register as soon as possible, as space is limited.

Prospective exhibitors are invited to register for this event before February 28 for significant savings with our Early Bird Rates. Registration by March 15 at our Standard Rates will also guarantee that your business or organization is included in the professional publicity effort planned for our 2007 Expo.
